He escaped the streets of drugs and gangs through his early introduction to personal development and turned his life around. As Ray grew through his study of personal development, he mustered up the courage to quit his job, his only sense of security, and moved to Los Angeles to start a new life continuing to fulfill his educational goals despite the various obstacles. He worked in a night club as a disc jockey where he was tempted by fast money in a world of crime and drugs. He remains focused, thanks to his foundation in personal development.

This is when he KNEW there had to be more to life...and started his spiritual quest to live 'on purpose'.

In the following years he got educated graduating from college, and started his Tax Practice, while working as an Auditor in one of the largest government agencies in the United States. He went into the business world and transformed his entire self, making the transformation from party animal, playboy and want-to-be gangster to a business consulting, speaking, writing and personal development training/coaching. Ray groomed himself (literally) to be a role model for others seeking a more meaningful life.

After years of personal development training (Ray is Certified to train and certifies others in the area of personal development such as Neuro Design Engineering™), studying performance enhancement technologies for business and individuals, and creating various training performance enhancement programs, Ray is an author, consultant, coach, trainer and dynamic speaker who helps businesses and individuals correct limiting thoughts and behaviors that are holding them back by using performance enhancement as a tool to transform their lives and get the result they desire.

Ray received his Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting from California State University, and his Master’s Degree in Public Administration and was honored to be a member of the Pi Sigma Society from California State University. He is now studying ancient wisdom to integrate ancient principles into a performance enhancement mindset.

As well as an experienced Auditor and Performance Enhancement Consultant. Ray has been working with large organizations and success oriented individuals since 1986. His experience at one of the largest and complex government jurisdiction in the United States led him to assisting large organizations, business owners, and individuals incorporating performance enhancement tools in success planning and organizational efficiency. In auditing, his role as managing and supervising various audit teams, Ray lead a group of auditors/consultants that engaged clients in discussions about financial, operational, performance enhancement and life goal issues. And now as a Performance Enhancement Auditor, Consultant and Coach, Ray helps organizations and individuals use the latest result oriented and change technologies to meet the goals they desire.
